As we come to the end of the instructional year, we want to hear what you have to say about the quality and quantity of instruction you received. This survey is simple and can be submitted anonymously if you like. Please rate our performance from 1 to 5, with 5 being the most positive and 1 the most negative. We have also left space for you to provide more detailed/specific feedback. The feedback you submit will help us continue to improve the quality of education we provide for future composers.
